What to Expect

Our process is simple, thorough, and family-centered from the very first contact:

  • We start with a quick, no-pressure phone call to learn more about your loved one’s routine, needs, and preferences. We’ll also walk you through how our services work and answer any initial questions about scheduling, scope, and pricing.

    You can schedule this right from our website at your convenience.

  • If it feels like a good fit, we’ll provide a short intake process to complete before your first visit. This includes basic health and care information, emergency contacts, service preferences, and required consents that allow us to communicate with you about what we observe. Services cannot begin until this intake is complete.

  • We’ll help you decide what type of visit is best based on your loved one’s needs:
    60-minute visit: Ideal for simple, supportive routines and a standard nursing assessment
    90-minute visit: Recommended for more complex care or layered needs


    You can also choose from:
    • Weekly medication support
    • An add-on for a second person in the home

    We offer both à la carte and monthly bundles to fit your schedule and budget.

  • Unlike traditional agencies, we don’t work fixed shifts each week — but we do offer multiple evening time slots on a rolling basis. This helps us avoid burnout and ensure we show up at our best for every family.

    • You can request preferred days and times

    We keep our caseload small and intentional, which means availability may vary — but quality never does.

  • At your scheduled time, your Twilight Team RN will arrive and begin care.

    This includes:
    • Support with evening routines (like brushing teeth, changing, toileting, TV setup, etc.)
    • Observation and wellness monitoring (vitals, safety check, skin and cognitive observations, etc.)
    • A gentle tuck-in to ensure they are safe, comfortable, and cared for

    We always provide a visit summary afterward for families.

  • Whether you use us weekly, monthly, or just as-needed, we’re here to support your family’s rhythms — and help catch small problems before they become big ones. If anything changes with your loved one’s needs or schedule, we’re only a message away.
