Who We Are

Twilight Team was founded by Emily and Hannah—two longtime friends, hospice nurses, and RNs who first met in nursing school and have walked side by side ever since. With over a decade each in hospice care, we’ve supported hundreds of families through some of life’s most vulnerable moments.

We created Twilight Team to fill a gap we saw again and again: the quiet evening hours when patients are most at risk and families most in need of peace of mind. Our visits are shaped by our clinical experience, shared values, and commitment to dignity in care.

This isn’t just a service—it’s a relationship of trust, built by nurses who know how much the little things matter.

Emily White, RN

Emily is a proud Elizabethton native, originally from the Stoney Creek community. A graduate of Milligan University, she has been a Registered Nurse since 2014 and has worked in many nursing areas including cardiac step-down, hospice, and nursing management. She now lives in the Milligan area with her husband Bryan and their two lively children, ages 7 and 5, who keep her happily busy. Outside of work, Emily enjoys reading, practicing yoga, and savoring a really good cup of coffee.

Hannah Davenport, RN

Hannah is a Johnson City native and fellow Milligan University graduate. She has been a Registered Nurse since 2014, with a professional background spanning med-surg, hospice, and nursing leadership. She lives in the Elizabethton area with her husband Bobby and their two young daughters—both under the age of 3—who keep life full and joyful. Hannah enjoys relaxing with a good TV show and spending time outdoors taking walks or swimming with her girls.
